A Contractor - Specialist, Training is responsible for developing, coordinating, scheduling, delivering and following up on training programs with respect to hardware operations of ES&S products and services that includes but is not limited to vote tabulation and voter registration training programs. Applicant must have knowledge in adult learning and curriculum development techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Must have an Associate’s degree and/or certification in Adult Learning or Instructional Design; or related degree
At least 2 years’ experience including:
Knowledge of adult learning and/or instructional design
Familiarity with business analysis processes is highly desired
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, concepts and applications
Platform skills proficiency
Licenses/Certifications Required: Certification in Adult Learning and/or instructional design preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers. This job may also be exposed to a light manufacturing and/or warehouse environment with exposure to equipment and tools that may be hazardous.

Travel: Approximately 80% travel is expected.
