    The Regional Manager, Account Management is responsible for client services within designated geographic area which include but are not limited to new contract implementation and ongoing services to full service tabulation clients.  This position supervises Account Manager and is responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader who supports the continued growth of the company.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Effectively manages a group of Account Managers and client services staff to ensure complete customer satisfaction and timely response on all deliverables resulting in retention of existing business clients and salvaged relationships with clients at risk of departing the book of business. This includes but is not limited to project management, contract management, staffing, training, on-site service coordination, cross-functional coordination of deliverables, sales support, business development inclusive of product and service sales, pricing, resources planning, and NEWS client database.
    1. Assist the Sales team in sourcing sales prospects for new/additional products and services needed by the client by leveraging existing client relationships.
    1. Effectively attract, develop and retain a high quality team of employees who are actively engaged in delivering outstanding service in anticipation of client needs.
    1. Consult cross functionally to analyze processes, services and products and make recommendations to improve service and assure alignment of products with customer needs.
    1. Manage vendor agreements in support of service delivery including but not limited to developing specifications, negotiating terms and monitoring/reporting on the status of service agreements with external vendors.

    Education:  Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field;



    At least 2 years’ experience including:

    Knowledge of account management, client relations or sales processes;

    Strong knowledge of ES&S products and services



    Technical capacity

    Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and customer service skills

    Self motivated and highly professional demeanor

    Problem Solving/Analysis

    Communication proficiency

    Personal effectiveness/credibility

    Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position supervises a team of Account Managers and Project Managers.


    Work Environment:  This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers.

    Travel:  Approximately 60% travel is expected.


    Security:  Required to consistently demonstrate adherence to all security requirements and accepted practices as contained in the current ES&S Security Policy.  Incumbents must proactively read, comprehend and adhere to all ES&S security policies, practices and procedures regarding the safety and safekeeping of co-workers, products, services and other intellectual property as defined in the ES&S New Business and Non-disclosure, or Proprietary matters, Confidential matters and Non-Competition agreements, and the current ES&S Security Policy Manual.
