The Manager, Data Conversion Services is responsible for planning and implementing data conversion services required by internal and external customers. This includes but is not limited to the acquisition and manipulation of electronic data so that it can be mapped for use by ES&S proprietary systems. This role manages the work of a team of Data Conversion Specialists that is responsible for ensuring accurate and complete collection and delivery of end-to-end election event information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer technology field;
At least 5 years experience including:
Knowledge of Access, Excel, CSV, XML, SQL Server
Management of complex software products in a high-tech environment
Experience prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment
Desired knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, C#, Microsoft Visual Studio, SharePoint
Highly motivated and organized
Certifications Required: None
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will directly supervise a small team of 5-10 full time employees as well as temporary/contract labor during periods of peak production.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers. This role requires occasional night and weekend work schedules.

Travel: Approximately <10% travel is expected.
