A Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing product roadmaps and ensuring that market and customer requirements are met for assigned products. This position works across functions to ensure continuity in product offering and go-to-market goals. The Product Manager is responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader who supports the achievement of company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or technology or equivalent experience
At least 5 years experience including:
Direct experience with product management and product development processes.
Management of complex software and hardware products in a technology environment.
Familiarity with business analysis processes is highly desired.
Ability to operate in a matrix environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of internal and external audiences.
Licenses/Certifications Required: None
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers.

Travel: Approximately 20% travel is expected.
