Hiring Range    $39k    $50k



A Coordinator, Training Resources is responsible for coordinating, scheduling and facilitating activities that support delivery of technical training among internal and external stakeholder including but not limited to ES&S customers, vendors, training staff and management.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Works to process requests for training services, coordinate logistics, schedule resources with respect to delivering training on ES&S products and services to internal and external stakeholders in an organized, efficient and effective manner.
  1. Works cross functionally with stakeholders including but not limited to Customer Service Managers, Project Managers, and multiple business units to schedule, identify and assign resources / subject matter experts to deliver training program content.
  1. Assist Customer Service Managers and contractors with tracking, reporting and appropriately invoicing for services rendered.
  1. Update and maintain Implementation and Support master resource calendar and skill sets assessments with a view toward identifying overlap and/or shortfall of necessary resources to deliver quality and timely training programs aligned with customer demand.
  1. Assist in facilitating accurate and timely billing among all assigned contractors.

Education:  Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or project management related field;




At least 2 years experience including:

Coordination of multiple simultaneous activities



Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications

Technical capacity

Problem solving/analysis

Communication proficiency

Highly organized

Personal effectiveness/credibility


Licenses/Certifications Required:  None


Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment:  This job operates in a professional office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and photocopiers.

Travel:  Approximately 20% travel is expected.


Security:  Required to consistently demonstrate adherence to all security requirements and accepted practices as contained in the current ES&S Security Policy.  Incumbents must proactively read, comprehend and adhere to all ES&S security policies, practices and procedures regarding the safety and safekeeping of co-workers, products, services and other intellectual property as defined in the ES&S New Business and Non-disclosure, or Proprietary matters, Confidential matters and Non-Competition agreements, and the current ES&S Security Policy Manual.
